Welcome, Beautiful!❤️ Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. These guidelines help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both of us. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit = no appointment. • No-call/no-shows will be banned from future bookings. Guests • No extra guests are allowed unless we have discussed and agreed upon it in advance. Hair Preparation • Please arrive with your hair clean, washed, and fully blow-dried. • I do not offer wash services at this time. PLEASE come washed ! Extra build up will be a extra $30 • Hair that is not properly prepared may result in fees and/or cancellation of your appointment. • Avoid oils, gels, or heavy products, as they can affect your final style. Hair Requirements • I currently only provide 52” hair in 1b or 2, so if you need anything shorter then 52” or a different color please grab your hair or feel free to text me and ill get it for you❤️ • Please do not bring 72” hair — I will not work with it. • I do not service senegalese twist at this time ONLY BRAIDS ! Cancellations & Fee • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations will be charged 25% of the total service cost. • There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. • After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee applies. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled. If I Am Late or Need to Cancel • If I am running behind or need to reschedule, I offer a 5% discount for the inconvenience. • If I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full. Payment Methods • Remaining balance can be paid via Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Tap/Card. • Don’t forget to ask for your loyalty card and feel free to leave a review — I appreciate your support!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Braided by Yasmendaa has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Braided by Yasmendaa at (315) 702-4967 or hairbyyazi@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
